Precautions for use of 995 structural adhesive:

1. 995 structural adhesive should be used in a clean environment with a temperature of 5 ℃ - 405 ℃ and a relative temperature of 40% - 80% R, so as to obtain a better bonding effect.

2. Temporary protective tape shall be pasted near the cleaned substrate surface to be bonded. If primer is to be used, it shall be applied before sizing.

3. The single component structural adhesive can be directly extruded from the plastic tube or sausage packaging by manual or pneumatic sizing. The two-component structural adhesive must be sized by special sizing mixing equipment.

4. The extrusion of 995 structural glue shall be carried out continuously, so that the glue can be uniformly and continuously extruded from the nozzle in a cylindrical shape, and the diameter of the nozzle shall be less than the thickness of the nozzle, so that the nozzle can extend into half of the depth. The nozzle shall move evenly and slowly to ensure that the interface is filled with sealant and prevent the nozzle from moving too fast to generate bubbles or cavities.
