Polyurethane foam caulking agent is a single component, moisture curing, multi-purpose polyurethane foam filling elastic sealing material. It is a special polyurethane product that is filled with polyurethane prepolymer, foaming agent, catalyst and other components in the pressure resistant gas mist tank.

During construction, the aerosol colloid is sprayed to the parts to be constructed through the matching glue gun or manual nozzle to complete the molding, foaming, bonding and sealing process in a short time. Its cured foam elastomer has excellent properties such as adhesion, waterproof, heat-resistant expansion and contraction, heat insulation, sound insulation and even flame retardant (flame retardant type only), and is widely used for filling and sealing of side joints of building doors and windows, expansion joints of components and holes.

Generally, the surface drying time is within 10 minutes (at room temperature of 20 ℃), and the total drying time varies with the ambient temperature and humidity. Generally, the total drying time is about 4-6 hours in summer, and it takes 24 hours or more in winter when the temperature is around zero. Under normal use conditions (and with a covering layer on its surface), it is estimated that its service life is not less than 10 years, and the cured foam body maintains good elasticity and adhesion within the temperature range of - 10 ℃ ~ 80 ℃.
